How to enter:
- Produce a main course dish for 2 covers using Slaney Valley Irish Lamb Shoulder (493132). Click here to view the dish criteria.
- Submit your entry below, including photo and recipe (with list of allergens). Closing date: April 24th at midnight.
- The Semi-finals will take place on May 12th & 13th in Sysco Dublin Development Kitchen.
- The Finals will take place on May 28th in Sysco Dublin Development Kitchen.
