Accounting and Finance Graduate Program

Sysco’s three-year Accounting and Finance Graduate Programme is designed to give you hands-on experience while you study for your professional accountancy qualification.

As a Finance and Accounting Graduate, your ideas and perspectives matter. You will have the opportunity to make a real impact, contribute to exciting projects, and gain experience across different areas of the business – not just one department. Successful applicants will rotate across the Finance function, working alongside colleagues in Operations, Sales, and Marketing.

As we continue to grow, we want you to be part of that journey. Many of our graduates go on to senior finance roles within Sysco, both in Ireland and internationally.

Learning and Development

We are committed to supporting your development every step of the way as you work towards achieving a globally recognised accounting qualification, such as CIMA or ACCA, upon completion of the three-year programme.

You will have the flexibility to choose the professional qualification that best aligns with your career aspirations. Throughout the programme, you will be supported by both a dedicated buddy and mentor who will help guide you in making the right choice for you.

Who are we looking for?

· 2:1 or above (realised or predicted) in a relevant Accountancy or Business degree.  

· A solid understanding and demonstrated interest in Finance.

· Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills.

· Strong commercial awareness and career motivation.

· Full clean drivers’ licence and access to own transport.
