MARK LEE
Chief Executive Officer
Mark is the Chief Executive Officer at Sysco Ireland. He has overall responsibility for all Sysco activities on the Island of Ireland. Mark joined Sysco Ireland as the Commercial Director in 2018 and previously held several executive level positions with Compass Ireland including Commercial Director, Customer Retention Director and Marketing Director. He started his career in the marketing department of the Guinness Ireland Group in 1996 before moving to O2 and subsequently Eircom in 2003. He then joined sports management agency Platinum-One where Ryder Cup 2006 Ltd and the European Tour were his primary clients.
Mark holds a B.Sc Mgmt from Trinity College Dublin and an Advanced Diploma in Marketing Techniques from the Dublin Institute Of Technology.

Martina O’Donnell
Human Resources Director
Martina is the Human Resources Director at Sysco Ireland. She is responsible for all aspects of Human Resources in addition to Internal Communications and Risk and Compliance. Martina has over twenty years’ experience in the food and hospitality industry. During her time in this role, the business has been through significant transformation including multiple acquisitions and integrations and has grown from a team of 400 to 1,300 colleagues across the Island of Ireland.
Prior to joining Sysco, Martina held several senior Human Resource leadership positions within the hospitality sector including the 5 star Adare Manor Hotel, the Fitzpatrick Hotel Group and led the HR function for the opening of the 5 star Lyrath Estate Hotel.
Martina holds a Master of Business in Human Resources Management from the University of Limerick.

DAVE MCENROE
Managing Director, Classic Drinks
Dave joined Sysco Ireland in April 2021 as Managing Director of our wine and spirits business Classic Drinks. He has overall responsibility for Classic Drinks on the Island of Ireland with particular focus on ensuring Classic Drinks strives relentlessly to support customer needs. Dave has over twenty years experience in the hospitality sector working on both domestic and international stages having managed food service operations in Ireland and business development across Europe.
Prior to joining Sysco, he held senior commercial and operational roles in Aryzta including as Managing Director – European Business Development and managed distribution operations for Aryzta and Lidl in Ireland.
Dave holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from UCD.

MARIAN CAHILL
Merchandising Director
Marian is the Merchandising Director at Sysco Ireland. Marian joined Sysco Ireland in 1998 and over the course of her twenty-five-year tenure she has held numerous roles. She started her career in Telesales before joining the Merchandising team in 2004 as a Category Planner. Over the course of the following fifteen years, she held multiple roles on the merchandising team before being appointed as Merchandising Manager in 2019.

JOHN MCLAUGHLIN
Chief Financial Officer
John is the Chief Financial Officer at Sysco Ireland. He is responsible for all Financial Functions and Sales Support. Prior to joining Sysco, John held several Executive level positions within Brakes Europe including Finance Director Brakes Ireland, Commercial Finance Director UK, and Operations Finance Director UK.
Having started his career in Manufacturing with Rank Hovis MacDougall, John then joined a logistics business, ADL, as part of a management buyout team which led to a floatation on the London Stock Market.
John is a fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants.

ALAN WAITE
Supply Chain & CI Director
Alan is the Supply Chain & CI at Sysco Ireland. He is responsible for both the Purchasing and Supply Chain functions including category management, strategic sourcing, demand planning and supplier relationships. Alan has over thirty-five years’ experience within the food industry.
Prior to joining Sysco, Alan held the role of Managing Director, Brakes Ireland and held several senior leadership roles within O’ Kane Food Service.
Alan holds both an MSc and MBA from University of Ulster.

CATHY MCDONNELL
Commercial Director
Cathy is the Commercial Director at Sysco Ireland. Cathy joined Sysco Ireland in 2018 working in a variety of sales leadership roles before being appointed to Commercial Director in September 2022. She is responsible for developing and implementing Sysco Ireland's commercial sales and marketing strategies.
Prior to joining Sysco, Cathy held several senior sales & commercial leadership positions working in the FMCG sector for Mars Ireland and most recently as Senior Commercial Manager for Europe in Portwest.
Cathy holds a Bachelor of Business from ATU, Sligo.

MICHAEL DEVLIN
Business Technology Director
Michael is the Business Technology Director at Sysco Ireland. He is responsible for all aspects of technology and systems and has led the team since 2023. Having started his career within technology consultancy at PwC, Michael transitioned to industry with senior roles across manufacturing and FMCG sectors.
Prior to joining Sysco, Michael held several senior I.T / Technology leadership positions including Head of I.T for both Musgrave Wholesale Partners and Musgrave Northern Ireland, and leading Glen Dimplex’s digital transformation and global SAP S/4 Hana rollout.
Michael holds a B.Sc Hons Business Management from Queen’s University, Belfast.
