  • Stay alert in public places and be mindful of obstacles around you

OFFICE SAFETY

Health & Safety needs no tech support!

  • Hold onto the handrail when using stairs

LIVE HEALTHY!

Your health is your wealth!

  • Enjoy plenty of fruit and veggies – they give our body the vitamins, minerals and fibre it needs.
  • Exercise! Walk, run, cycle, swim, hike, yoga; the choice is yours!
  • Get in those Zzzzzz….give your body and mind some time to restore with a full night’s sleep.
  • Hydrate! Drinking water increases our energy, relieves fatigue, flushes out toxins, among a mountain of other things!
  • Go easy on your alcohol intake and refrain from smoking
  • Manage stress. Write down your stresses so you can prioritise issues
  • Ask for Help! Talk to your family and friends if you are feeling low. As they say, a problem shared is problem halved.
  • Digital Detox! Set a limit on how much time you spend on your digital devices and soak up real-time moments instead.
