LIVE HEALTHY!
Your health is your wealth!
- Enjoy plenty of fruit and veggies – they give our body the vitamins, minerals and fibre it needs.
- Exercise! Walk, run, cycle, swim, hike, yoga; the choice is yours!
- Get in those Zzzzzz….give your body and mind some time to restore with a full night’s sleep.
- Hydrate! Drinking water increases our energy, relieves fatigue, flushes out toxins, among a mountain of other things!
- Go easy on your alcohol intake and refrain from smoking
- Manage stress. Write down your stresses so you can prioritise issues
- Ask for Help! Talk to your family and friends if you are feeling low. As they say, a problem shared is problem halved.
